

New work for the February 2012 issue of The Progressive. Reading through the article, and the title itself, reminded me of Tiananmen Square, and the lone man who stood before and stopped the column of tanks. In my American version, the tank is replaced with a limousine, and the wealthy passenger mirrors the tank driver, his head through the sunroof. As always, it was a pleasure working with Nick on this one - thanks Nick!

A while back you wrote that James Jean recommened Andrew loomis. Which book(s) in particular was he talking about?
Honestly, Ken, I don't remember if he was specific about it. It may have been Figure Drawing for All It's Worth.
